Limited warranty

SUPER73 electric bikes sold through EMOTODEALS include a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage periods vary by component:

  • Frame: up to 12 months from delivery
  • Electronics & motor system: up to 12 months
  • Battery: up to 12 months (capacity thresholds apply)
  • Accessories & apparel: 90 days unless otherwise noted

What is not covered

  • Normal wear, tires, brake pads, and consumables
  • Damage from misuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
  • Commercial or rental use unless approved in writing

Start a warranty claim

  1. Have your order number and serial number ready.
  2. Contact EMOTODEALS support with photos and a description of the issue.
  3. Our team will diagnose remotely and arrange repair, parts, or replacement when approved.
